The silver lining, if you can call it that, is it appears that 8% of the company will be returned to the shareholders after the reconsolidation (bankruptcy). I remember playing USU several time for huge gains after they announced they deal which sounds very similar to PAL's.. I really need to read up on this one because it's put's a burden on the shorts and they can't just wait it out like a typical bankruptcy if you know what I'm saying.
