Do you understand what this award is? This is a trade show and these awards are meant to stimulate activity. Usually they go hand in hand with a paid advertisement in a trade show booklet . It would be a positive if they won(they won't) but to start the celebration as the result of a nomination is frankly selling the cart before the horse!
