lately the volume has been low enough on INCC where every trade can be tracked, and we can detect the exact trades that are being shorted by the MM's

with NO COVERING seconds later on INCC, and no covering in site...

THIS IS BEING SHORTED and it is being SHORTED heavily

and the reports are matching up with the trade action....

FINRA helps regulate the entire industry and are funded by the reps they supervise...

this information is necessary for people to see so they can understand the action that is taken place....

what I will say is that the theory that these shares are only shorted in this report for the purpose of liquidity , in my opinion, is not the case...

as we have been able to track, multiple days, the exact MM's that are shorting, by watching the action trade by trade....
