Most companies open stores before grand openings.
Most companies due this for two reasons.
One is to have people come by and learn about the store.
Also if gives the store time to advertise locally about the grand opening so it can have as many people as possible at it.
More folks at the grand opening celebration the better it looks.
Can't wait to see the pictures.
