If the Shares were sold buy the Transfer Agent in violation of Delaware Law. Wouldn't the Transfer agent be responsible. Hence have to cover the purchase. You would think they have E&O insurance for situations like this. Thoughts ? I'll be interested to hear how your call turns out. If this situation is actually true.
