Perhaps you should look up the meaning of "shareholder value". It has nothing to do with operations. "Shareholder value" refers to the price of the stock, and dividends paid. Well, we didn't get that dividend. Any other company would have sacked the CEO immediately. How dare they, to not pay it. Simply boggles the mind. As for the share price, well, the people who bought it for 0.35 are probably happy, but it's still been a rough ride. Not the people who bought it for 1.50 four years ago.

And still, we don't get guidance.
One of the reasons why I bought the stock in early 2012 was because they gave guidance, three years out. What a joke. Complete silence ever since I came on board. Well, we know why, right. Because they had to dilute the crap out of the stock. And then came the tricks, and the deception.
