O/S and float.

The O/S is 52 million and the float is 21 million. When I first started on this stock 5 years ago, the O/S was 40 million and the float was 10 million.
a buyback doesn't make sense to me with such a low float, but if it will appease the masses then maybe they should listen to you and take the money they just raised through sales of stock and buy it back at depressed prices.
Or, what the hell, pay out all cash reserves and issue a one time dividend to derf.
