Nightdaytrader: The CNPC and Sinopoec already send groups of their brightest and best to University of Houston for project management and other training. We and one or two other contractor companies in Houston invite them for a half day briefing on what we do, will be seeing the third group of 25 in last 12 mos.

But it is laborious and expensive after 9/11 for them to get visas and travel here - so the Beijing UofH idea is no surprise.

They soak up everthing they can.
