If the company is trading at trips after 6 years, in a incredibly good economy for stocks lol do you really have to ask what was bad about it.

As a fulltime investor albeit not much in pennys but from this end of the pool there is a myriad of red flags that are particular to this company that are not the typical penny issues. Hence the volume of 10-18 as of late and the increase sell off today and 5 times the volume the day after.

Now of course some of that is folks who don't understand and just saw the negative which IS like other pennys so discount those, but I would guess that half the people sold today due to the issues this company has in front of it, even if / when they do obtain financing
