Who is the "Board" anyway?? This is Brad's company for him to run it as he pleases. This is the issue that I struggle with. If Brad and company exec's are pig headed, why haven't they sold a single share when the stock was at $14? They were buying back shares at that level. So I ask, is Brad in this for his salary and bonus or to make $50 - $75 Million. That takes getting the product line rounded out, grow revenues , become very profitable, then sell the company for $50 - $75 per share. That is what he is doing. Short term hits, clean up the SEC BS, keep the company moving forward, and in 6 months , 12 months 2 years everything will be fine and the stock will seek it's rightful place much higher.
