New companies have to do something to survive and even grow at times. Recently Bickle was in survivor mode. Now he is in growth mode and says he needs money. What happened to the money he raised when he sold all those shares recently. Did it all go to survive and start the growth process? If so, I don't know and if someone has found information in the reports to verify the use of the money, I would appreciate them pointing it out to me. If it has great. If we can still grow but at a slower rate of speed, then I say now increase in A/S is necessary and Mr. Bickle needs to stay the course at a slower speed.
On the other hand, if he can make a case that we may not survive then we might have to suffer dilution unless he can get some loans set up. Which way it plays, we will see. Frankly he hasn't shown me enough justification for that big of an increase.
