scoobey, If things are to be so rosey for the 10-K then I would say it would be not necessary to increase the A/S. On the other hand, some have posted and Bickle has PR'ed that he needs money to accelerate the business to a much faster pace. I say too friggin bad for Mr. Bickle. There has to be other ways to raise capital, that might be harder for him to do, but will not further dilute the shareholders. You know it, I know it, Bickle knows it, heck the whole investing public knows it and you better believe that the short sellers know it. Look at GZFX, another company that has a business plan, but has been increasing the A/S, recently to 25 billion shares. They have been raising capital to grow the business, acquire other companies, etc. The stock has taken a big hit and news might get it to recover, but it will have to be very big news. When and if that happens, you will see a lot of Flipping going on. The only thing that will maintain a stock price is earnings...............

New companies have to do something to survive and even grow at times. Recently Bickle was in survivor mode. Now he is in growth mode and says he needs money. What happened to the money he raised when he sold all those shares recently. Did it all go to survive and start the growth process? If so, I don't know and if someone has found information in the reports to verify the use of the money, I would appreciate them pointing it out to me. If it has great. If we can still grow but at a slower rate of speed, then I say now increase in A/S is necessary and Mr. Bickle needs to stay the course at a slower speed.

On the other hand, if he can make a case that we may not survive then we might have to suffer dilution unless he can get some loans set up. Which way it plays, we will see. Frankly he hasn't shown me enough justification for that big of an increase.
