Crash: Depends what you call crash but I think that current PPS presents quite a small risk.

Audits: Nothing serious will be doable for as long as the Bengladeshi issue will not be resolved. My view is that Matin will not be able to resolve that issue before the North American operation can justify a somewhat significant PPS ... by that I mean 2$ or a little more, certainly not the alluded to $10/share.

When will that be? I still do not hold my breath.
