When I called them they did not hesitate or avoid the question. Basically when they announced last fall they got permission to haul certain materials that has not changed. Just that the wording was not good. So officially they still have permission according to Anthony to haul those fluids

I understand your thoughts though. It's a huge thing for this company. I believe they are sure on it and so are the financiers so that's why they are moving ahead with projects. Think about it. Like us why invest if they are unsure? I think they are confident. So am I.

I am interested in the MLP situation and most of the benefits going towards common shareholders and not the preferred stock holders. Great benefit

Oil and gas rebound will be even more awesome. Time will tell. Shorts have to cover soon
