Regarding the move to another exchange, an interim solution could be moving to the OTCBB. It's no big deal, but at least we get out of the Pinks. All it takes for that is having the financials audited. I have asked the company about that in the past and they replied that it costs money which they prefer to devote to generating revenues.

With the Grimes wells coming now online they have no more excuses. We should be in the BB within the next 6 months the latest.
