Tonyo524, obviously you have done alot of research of which I personnally appreciate it. I just spoke with Jim Zimbler from corporate finance and he said they are presently working on the quarterly report and plan to release in 24-48 hours and it should be "positive" considering what they inherited (whatever that means, I suppose its all your point of view). Also, he did say they are working on other acquistions and Rob Rozinski will be the new CEO. Just a little request to all, Lets all keep this board positive (remember, you can send a "private msg").
