If Jade was never worth $20 million, why did Radient claim it was worth $20 million on their balance sheet? MacLellan was touted as an "expert" on China, remember?

Radient used that $20 million as proof that they had shareholder equity. When the SEC said "prove that you have Shareholder Equity," Radient still tried to claim that Jade was worth $20 million. The SEC finally made them either prove it or remove Jade from the balance sheet.

Radient removed Jade from the balance sheet.

Then in 2014, the SEC told Radient "file those missing financials or revoke your share registration."

Radient revoked their share registration.

We can all believe what we want about the "future" of Radient or lack thereof. But these facts remain:

1. Radient does not currently exist. The corporation is not valid in the USA, the company has no contact information and no physical address, no website, no phone number.

2. RXPC Shares are revoked and worthless.

You say "The Radient lenders happen to be the SAME INVESTORS that have invested in Provista Diagnostics." I find that a dubious claim. Can you prove it?

You also say "Why would Lenders loan Radient money for a company such as (JADE)that couldn't prove they were really worth 20 million dollara?" This confuses me for two reasons:

(1) Who says the lenders loaned Radient money "for Jade?" the Lenders loaned money to Radient because that's what Lenders do - they lend money and earn interest as the loan is being repaid. If the Lenders wanted to INVEST in Radient, they would have done that instead of LENDING.

(2) What do you mean, Radient couldn't prove that Jade was really worth $20 million? Radient filed balance sheets with the SEC claiming a $20 million equity in Jade. Radient showed those SEC filings to the Lenders. THAT was the proof. The Lenders didn't think Radient would file a dishonest balance sheet with the SEC. Nobody thought that - except the SEC.

Finally - you post a link to Garza? I'm just going to let that slide. I cannot imagine how anyone today could read what Garza said about Radient in 2010 and 2011 and not LAUGH OUT LOUD.
