Based on what? The majority of investor's lose money all the time in penny land (providing they sold their shares). A paper loss, although it sucks, doesn't really count. As long as the company is alive and well (it is) any talk of a class action lawsuit is baseless and premature. Is there anything fraudulent or any criminal activity going on with SVFC leading investor's to lose money? That would have to be proven. Funny how often folks want to talk class action lawsuits when they lose money with penny stocks. Usually the only people making money through such efforts are the attorney's.
