This was exactly my thought, but in much better wording. There's no way she would agree to that, knowing that it was going to fold up into a lot less money. Preferred shares or not, they wouldn't have hired her on just to turn around and change the deal. That would raise eyebrows regardless of your background. S.S. isn't stupid, she's in this for a reason.
