I like to rely on actual company press releases, not phone calls to insiders, especially when it comes to stinky pinkies.
Ask yourself this, how did I know that the deal wouldn't be completed on the 15th and yet the company's own CEO put out a press release saying it would? Awe, busy auditors? Who'd a thunk it? It's a credibility thing? Why impose a deadline and then fail to meet it? It wasn't even a question of whether they would fail to meet it, the only question was what would the excuse be. I mean, how many times do these stinky pinkies have to fail to meet self imposed deadlines all in the name of putting out pump press releases? What will be the excuse on the 20th? Another 'slight' delay or just name a newly invented shell POS company with no history?
