Taking the political agenda out of the equation, Casper is considered an academic and very intelligent. History shows that she will rule based on knowledge. My bet is that this is taking time to be sure she gets it right.

Now, doing the "right thing" is different depending on which side of the table you are sitting. Activisions version of the right thing or Worlds.

Most on this board "want" the right thing to be a favorable Markman hearing for Worlds....but there are plenty of detractors that will argue that Prior Art trumps this Patent.

From all the evidence this non-expert can dig up, I'm betting on Worlds, and most likely some type of settlement before this gets to trial.

But, it's a gamble, and I am ok with the amount invested could all go up in smoke.....
