It's a very well put together 10k

Explanatory and upfront of the entire situation.

There really is nothing I can see that we already were not aware of. yes, they appear to have a business model they believe in. Or no one with any fiscal experience would have taken this hog on.

Should be interesting from here on out, after airing the dirty laundry, nothing left but clean it up.
