The last I spoke with Joel they didn't have a finance deal although they had someone who was interested. With the Grushkin case and this finance deal potentially in limbo due on part to the Grushkin case imo this may be the reason for the silence. This is my speculation and I'm not a mouth piece for the company. Joel has been like you said a positive person to speak with but I he has to remain silent imo and according to what he said. Joel has also said that lessons have been learned and he doesn't want to release info on something that hasn't already been set in stone. Which I can appreciate due to past PRs made that were a bit presumptuous and pie in the sky. Reality and management need to meet and come to an agreement and I think they are rethinking things so I'm told.
