So, this begs to question, isn't the only way Bobby S is not complicit, directly or indirectly, in the pump and dumps, is if he has the analytical capabilities equal to a person in a persistent vegetative state? Literally, how can Bobby NOT KNOW what will happen by working with Joey Z and his gang over and over and over again? Im not kidding, are they friends possibly?

I don't buy for one second that Joey Z is some third party IR consultant that ole Bobby happened to find on google.

From what I have come to understand based on some of the documentation I have come across is that JOSEPH ZAMPETTI identified SCRC as a vulnerable company with a weak CEO (i.e. no prior industry experience, no reputation, struggling company trying to get off the ground, etc) to pitch his P&D services to. From what I have seen, SCRC is not the only penny stock company JOEY Z has pitched his services to. I am aware of at least one other company that had the smarts to turn down JOEY Z's offer, but unfortunately that company was not SCRC, LOL... ...now, how JOEY Z came to identify SCRC as a candidate to make his pitch to, I don't know, but considering that there are thousands of OTC stocks out there, logic and statistical probability would indicate that there is a common denominator somewhere between the pool of people JOEY Z knows and the pool of people BS Schneiderman knows (i.e. much less than the whole "6 degrees of Kevin Bacon" schtick)...
