as i understand it: on the morning of
the 31st of may 2006, you will awake to find.....

SSTY at 7,000,000 shares

and

TPDI at 368,421 shares

what happens to your "fraction", (7,000,000 divided by 19 equals 368,421.052631) i do not know. also: i DO NOT know if there will be a dividend of GSFC paid, or not. that we will at some point receive a dividend in/of GSFC, is purely wishful thinking and speculation on my part.....
