Reply from the co. at FB: As you know we have been in some rather intense litigation. This has settled but not all the elements of the agreement have been met. Once it does we will publish a statement. Under the circumstances it was better that limited information to all. We anticipate releasing details of the matter and future plans in a week or so. Whenever this settlement is completed. Appreciate your patience.
