First, it's debt holders that force bankruptcy as a rule.
These guys didn't actually steal the company... they were deep in debt and they had to dilute pretty heavily to get above water, but the shareholders never got frozen out of that deal.
I started buying when I was told the insiders were buying. I knew that they were going to preserve the equity, otherwise why buy it. I think they're on the up and up. It's just that they need better mine operators then thermselves in there.
