bulldzr -- Christianity and its history are rife with fundamentalisms/fundamentalists, with the ignorant and/or the bigoted and/or kooks, with the just downright evil, and with having been spread and maintained by conquest and violence -- absolutely including our own current 'Religious Right' Christo-fascists, who are hardly unprecedented within the religion
