If you read the filing she is getting paid in stock for her services in amount equal to $20k/month

If she is taking common stock as payment for $20k/month she is not going to let them R/S those shares 1000:1 and reduce her compensation to $2k

She is also quite the wealthy individual who i feel is looking for more than $40k for her services
