Another option is to think in terms of how does the company want to be seen by potential INVESTORS. You are absolutely correct, down here in the sub-penny trenches there are a lot of traders, flippers, pumpers and dumpers but I would hope any company with a solid vision for the future sees itself one day moving up and in order to to that they would want to establish a track record of good INVESTOR relations. I do not think a successful company allows their current PPS to determine their IR strategy.
