The Company has until June 30, 2015 to obtain a superior proposal to the Recapitalization, with closing to occur within a specified timeframe thereafter.



Well, what is the incentive for the PAL to make an effort to solicit a "superior" offer to the kiss of death deal entered into with Brookfield?
