It first closed below $1 Nov 28, 2014, and came back above
on Feb 17, 2015 for one day. I think I remember the rule is
10 trading days or something like that but this is way overdue
already. Many of the Institutional Investors have already fled
but it would not surprise me to see some behind this Siemens
deal having accumulated a ton of shares and scoring millions.
