That statement is dead on, VERY TRUE! MDCN is up and coming and will add tens of millions of dollars to its bottom line instantly with the acquisition. Now the small guy has a chance to excel in an up and coming industry. Maybe once MDCN is in full swing and fed laws change maybe big pharma will come in and offer BILLIONS for MDCN. This ruling is a good thing in the long run
