...proof to back up claim (of paid promotion)
- Then we have the Mr. Henthorn 'selection' by Forbes in March as 'the top executive to watch' in 2015. No url was ever provided for that 'article,' but checking the editorial content of the referenced Forbes edition online, there was no such article shown.
- Then we have the international (read: Mexico) distributor of k-cups -- who BTW has yet to announce a single distribution deal. We have no data as to whether this distributor was paid anything -- but the last time BCCI announced a product distribution deal, Caliph Diaries/ice cream, 5,000,000 shares were provided as documented in the financials. So there is some history of paying for distribution -- but again, no evidence yet on that subject for k-cups, just a BCCI history.
So, certainly there is paid promotion of BCCI going on. Whether this constitutes 'paid promotion' in the context of penny stocks, as those things go -- I don't know enough to comment.
