IDNG To those who are new to IDNG, Welcome!

This company is a lot more than a non-touch thermometers. ..The thermometers and other medical devices are going to be the subsidiary to the main company under the name "independence Health"..I believe The holding company (i.e IDNG) will have other investments added to it to make the company attractive, versatile and profitable.

Per 8k- IDNG is now led by experienced CEO and CFO who have lot under their sleeves to get this company to trade at nasdaq in near future. The CFO, Mr. klug has had various CEO and CFO positions in various companies traded in NASDAQ, so he will bring wealth of experience and knowledge to get IDNG to that platform. IN addition, Mr. Klug has several investiments of his own that are worth millions in which, IMO, will be included in the holding company.
