sure can play an important factor! with todays EIA report showing less crude barrels added to storage comp. to analyst forcast and price of WTI up strong... BNCC has a strong BID coming in as well...

I added some shares here on this 'hopeful" turn :)

BTW, the last earning report adressed the effect of lower oil prices for the business in North Dakota, so the business would slow down from exceptional to great.... still attractive, IMO
