Its not mispriced and has no reason to go higher. I just looked at their financials, even with taking out the derivative loss and interest costs (fairly because it is not a cash flow) their cost of good sold and selling/admin costs are high in proportion to revenues earned. Net income going forward would be lucky to be positive with their core operations alone and surely negative if they spend more on selling/admin to expand or put more money into developing the long awaited 3D cell. Say they cracked 150k in profits after tax in the next year, which would be a big step forward for solar3d - With the current market cap, thats like 0.3% return on equity (return on your investment) while your cash is being held in a risky stock in a competitive field. Risk to return is not optimistic = stock does not necessarily deserve to rise.
