I don't believe that the financing needed is for the purpose of " buying" China Crazy Buy". The same man already owns both companies. I believe that the financing is to be able to " expand" the abilities of China Crazy Buy to market their produces properly. That means computer software and the people capable of installing and running it. To hire the needed number of people to man the Combs and be " little Bees", ect. Expansion startup cost so to speak! It will be exciting to see the profits of both companies combined!

Now In all these years Mr. Liu has always avoided delution. That is no doubt a large part of the delay. No doubt there are plenty of people ready to take a LARGE part of the pie for next to nothing! I think the other point of delay may well be the hoops that may exist in the Chinese banking structure. JMPO of course. Again, the potential rewards may take a while, but companies like this do not appear every morning!! Patience!
