New sub-sub-license requirements required by September 30, 2016 (from the new 10-K)

In particular, we must (1) receive an aggregate revenue amount of at least $400,000; and (2) have Giant King Grass planted in at least three third party locations measuring at least 30 hectares in total, by September 30, 2016. If we are unable meet this milestone, we may be forced to forfeit our Giant King Grass sub-license.
