jbem777 I understand your frustration. However all Pharmas must wait for the FDA feedbacks etc before the Protocol is finalized and they can begin their Clinical Trials. Yes the FDA is very slow unlike the MHRA (UK) and EMA (Europe). Punit is simply conveying the best info that he has at that time and he has a choice of saying nothing or what he believes is real. Be angry with the FDA not with the Pharma as they are each doing what they feel is best for their company and shareholders.
