1. Whoever successfully predicts the stock price that will occur on the last trading day of the month will be honored with having earned the title of "Veltex Analyst of the Month"

2. Whoever successfully predicts the stock price that will occur on the last trading day of the week (usually Friday) will be honored with having earned the title of "Veltex Analyst of the Week"

3. Use any "Bashing" and "Hyping", "PUMPING and DUMPING" techniques only within the legal limits of the law and SEC rules
