Sure bud. It's called I can create a web page and ask to upload it to Amazon.com, Sears.com or wherever. But if I run out of money to fund my operation, my web pages are still going to be on the www.
Let's say for the sake of it it's a scam. All I need to do is pay to host it ($50 for 2 yrs or better yet, have other sites pay) and ta da, I'm back on the web in business, or so it seems.
