Read the 10k.

20% warrants at an exercise price of $0.01. Meaning they effectively own 20% of capstone if they make it to the 18 month timeframe when they will be able to exercise the warrants.

The remaining 80% is set at a fixed price of $160m ($200m valuation). which they have the right to buy.
