Really? The FAA, a very powerful institution with enough experience to see a scam on sight, has been certifying a scam? Seems unlikely, no? Here, let me explain something:

The company is 95% of the way through certification. 5% remains. There is no fraud, the company is fully reporting. The red flag won't be raised anytime soon because there is no red flag.
