Like many of you, I 'suspect' that Dr Victor is having little to do with the day to day decisions that are made at Intellicell which makes me ask myself who is making the decisions. ....cosmic chi, what decisions? SVFC is not making any move as no one is making any decisions there. It is like a ship vidmo with no capitan or crew....nothing is going on on this SVFC ship per say.
