Jess, it just can't without HB breaching his fiduciary responsibility, negotiating on his own behalf against a director.

Denner already threatening to sue over his comp plan, which has a real chance of happening. HB is incredibly greedy, but I don't believe he's so far gone he'd do something so desperately wrong as you suggest.
