Very very interesting power play may be taking place right under our very nose. I am just speculating, but there could be a scenario where HB has already solicited bids or still soliciting bids for a buyout from different buyers. The next few weks could get us a few more dollars on the share price after which, HB would initiate a secret meeting with Alex and tell him that he has locked a couple of bids for the company. Alex would ask him the price offer. HB would tell him and he would tell HB 'no way Jose'. HB would say to Alex, let's make a deal. In this scenario, HB will have the upper hand. I will not be surprised if Denner announces something out of the norm for his stand in favor of HB. These people thrive on deals...this is pure speculation on my part.
