I can answer that for ya.. They Won't be able to (Nor do they need it to be that accurate) in a Roadside Breath test for THC levels. Only prior use in a certain time frame is needed..

Roadside breath tests for THC will be just as they are for Alcohol Roadside tests.

Both devices are only tools for police to use to at the roadside to help them make a judgement call if further testing is necessary.
Results of All Alcohol Roadside tests are not admissible in court..
That is why you a re-tested back at the police station..
Same it will be for THC testing on the roadside...

Roadside test will only be Pass/Fail - Is THC present or not..

If a Roadside test revealed a positive result the subject would be taking to hospital for THC blood test to get the accurate NANO-gram THC count to see if they are in violation.. as in .05 in Colorado

And Colorado studies show that it takes roughly 2to3 hours after smoking weed to fall below the .05nanogram threshold..

Therefore our device only needs to detect THC for up to 2 hours in the breath to help Police make a decision on further testing..

Having this way makes it easier to bring to market.. Less Accurate Means Less Testing Needed.

This is my website I run it..
