Nasdaq is cheapear? My first thought. Regardless I don't particularly care for the wishy washy nature of the NYSE being targeted just a couple of months ago to now casually stating 'we had a great quarter, we're looking to add board members, and yeah we've applied to Nasdaq.'

Emotion aside, a long established company they must have longed for an association with NYSE, but given current share price, recent acquisition, and overall realm of payment processing it'd seem as though the Nasdaq is most plausible.

One thing that caught my attention:

Returned check transactions processed during first quarter of 2015 were up 39% over the same time period in 2014.



Increasing transactional volume obviously causes some correlations but I'm having trouble finding the numbers to comparable to. I'm curious as to the percentage of total transactions checks account for [I'm assuming it's minimal] but generally speaking, cause for concern or no?
