The reality is that the cost to produce Nb is too high.
It is about $30/kg (just check p.131 from NI 43-101).
Then the company invented Sc and Ti which saved the day.
Then they subtracted the Ti/Sc profits from the cost of
producing Nb which made the numbers look much better.
Without Sc and Ti this project will never fly. JMHO.

Also, they used grade 0.82%. Where this number came from?
In the reports I see average grade of 0.71%.
