MHO, the DECN management has done a terrible job working for the small shareholder, and a awful job of increasing shareholder value. >>>>

That's not even a humble opinion, that's a fact! Just look at the share price. That being said, I do think it's finally nearing the end. I'm not sure what that means for the company long term, but should have a quick pop.
